4 Bedroom House in Ono Island, Orange Beach

Sandbox sits directly facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is nothing between you and the water except sand and sea oats!!
Sandbox has all of the amenities you could ever want in a beach vacation home without the noisy, crowded elevators of a large condo property. We have four spacious bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms, ample parking underneath home and in adjacent parking area, a large pool, and a storage closet for easy access to beach chairs and pool items. We have some infant and toddler furnishings too!!
As you walk into Sandbox, you will notice that it is tastefully decorated with comfortable, designer furnishings. This home has 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, a CD player and free WiFi access. The four bedrooms are configured with 3 king-sized beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and there is a sofa bed in the den for additional sleeping. The first floor has a kitchen, great room den, laundry and one king bedroom with adjacent bath. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, an eat-in bar for four and a dining area that seats six. Just off of the den and kitchen, there is a large partially covered deck where you can enjoy spectacular views of the dunes and water. The second floor has THREE Bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a bath, and the gulf front master bedroom suite has it's own private bath and reading nook. The master bath has a dual vanity, a shower and a spacious garden tub. The master bedroom even has its own private balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf, spectacular sunrises and the glows of the sunsets.

Summary: It's rare that something is better in reality than what is advertised. But that's exactly what this property is in all ways. Whatever your opinion is of the photos and descriptions, the realty is even better. Perfectly located between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, you're close to everything the area has to offer.

Summary: Great kids and family house just a stumble over the dune from the beach. Plenty of room for the nine we had. Like most of these kinds of rentals there is a sofa bed but that would start to make it really tight. Decent size table and bar gives enough seats for the group at mealtime. Kitchen is well equipped enough to do most things but if you have a specific requirement just bring it. For us that is a basic citrus juicer for making decent margaritas! Always part of the travel kit. Lots of stairs on the property so keep that in mind for those with mobility challenges. Kids had a blast and the provision of significant beach gear is a huge plus. The 5 pm/9 am check in/out was the only thing I’d change really. That timing means after dark arrival in the winter and the short morning at the end makes for a bit of a rush. Overall though highly recommend for a beach getaway.

Summary: The Sandbox is a great place for friends or family to get away and enjoy being on the ocean. The house is clean and exactly what is shown. Bedrooms are large and decorated beautifully. We all had a blast and would love to come back!

Summary: Perfect location on the beach. House was very clean and smelled fresh and inviting. Kitchen well stocked with everything my family needed. Beach chairs were a big plus too. I recommend bringing beach umbrella’s so you can sit next to the water. Would stay here again for sure. Excellent property to stay at.

Summary: Our family of 9 had an awesome vacation in Orange Beach at this house. This house is very clean and is exceptionally nice! It was easy to communicate with the owners. The decks were great for those wanting some shade. The ocean proximity was perfect. A pool was perfect for our grandchildren. We will be back!
